Change is a hard process

I read this part in Linkedin and i share with you!

"So, what can be done to better prepare the challenges ahead? Consider this 3 steps suggestion:

1) Deconstruct the castle of knowledge (continuously questioning things);

2) Think up and create new solutions, new models (always being optimistic about the results);

3) Re-adapt and rebuild (in to a more opened but more consistent structure); Repeat Repeat Repeat ..constantly"
